We were proud to sponsor the National Seafood Chef of the Year 2025, a competition that celebrates young culinary talent from colleges across the UK. The final, held on Friday, brought together some of the most promising seafood chefs of the future, and it was an honour to be part of it.

Each table of guests had the opportunity to taste one of the finalists’ menus. The creativity, attention to detail and sheer quality on display were incredible. From expertly cooked fillets to bold flavour combinations, every dish was a reflection of true passion and hard work.

Events like this are vital in encouraging young chefs to embrace seafood, explore new ideas and understand the importance of sustainability. They also help shine a light on the many exciting career paths available within the seafood industry, both in the kitchen and beyond.
We had a brilliant afternoon filled with delicious food, inspiring conversations and a shared enthusiasm for the future of seafood. Congratulations to all the finalists and everyone involved in making the event such a success.
